1. A 7.9 Mill Property Tax Levy.
*Estimated annual cost on a $100,000 home is $277.00.
2. A .75% Traditional Income Tax with a 2 Mill Property Tax Reduction.
This would include all taxable income (wages, salaries, self-employment income, pensions, annuities, interest, dividends, rental income, etc. It would not include social security income.
*Estimated annual cost on $100,000 taxable income is $750.00.
*2 Mill reduction equals approximately $70.00 on a $100,000 home
3. A 1.0% Earned Income Tax with a 1 Mill Property Tax Reduction.
This would only include earned income such as wages, salaries, tips and self-employment income. It would not include pensions, social security, annuities, interest, dividends, capital gains, rental income or any other unearned income.
*Estimated annual cost on $100,000 earned income is $1,000.00.
*1 Mill reduction equals $35.00 on a $100,000.00 home.
